In the middle of a very hectic July, we organised a joint 50th and 21st for a father and son at a fantastic house in Oxfordshire. The brief was fairly simple: create a fabulous marquee based party for 250 guests with an age range of 18 to 60.
We installed our new circular truss, reconfigured into a tunnel over the dancefloor to create the basis for a striking nightclub area. This area was lit with the latest disco lighting and completed with a fantastic DJ who liaised with father and son beforehand to ensure that he played their favourite songs from the 60′s to present day.
Guests were treated to a laid back buffet which they enjoyed from the comfort of our chill out furniture. When they had had enough of eating, our mobile cocktail bar served a selection of themed cocktails, as well as a full range of drinks. As always, our fantastic staff were on hand to ensure that the bar ran smoothly and our cocktail flairers added a touch of “wow factor” to the bar.
All of the guests and our staff enjoyed a fabulous night and the feedback has been brilliant. All of us at Capability Events are looking forward to planning the next one!
