The first weekend in July was a very busy one for all of us at Capability Events. We ran five separate events, all in completely different locations across the UK. The first saw us heading to Beaconsfield to a private school for a charity ball. Originally we had been approached simply to provide a mobile pay bar for the evening but after finding out the huge ranges of services that we offer, the client’s list of requirements swiftly grew!
The committee wanted to provide guests with a chilled Ibiza theme nightclub, which is proving to be a popular choice for Summer parties this year. We transformed the school’s sport’s hall with lighting effects, a mobile nightclub and a selection of furniture much to the delight of the surprised guests.
We installed a 30ft long glossy white down-lit bar into one side of the hall and added a selection of bar furniture for guests to congregate at. Guests were delighted to choose from a full bar or drinks from a bespoke cocktail menu while being entertained by our fabulous cocktail flairers.
When guests had had enough of dancing they relaxed on the selection of chill out furniture, ranging from beanbag cubes to low level sofas. We have a huge range of this in our warehouse and it’s becoming an increasingly popular choice for our clients this year.
