Dear Ben and Nick,
I’m writing to thank you both, Kate and all the staff you had working with us on Friday at the ball. Throughout the evening a host of pupils, parents and teaching staff came up to me to say what a superb event it was. It seems all the elements came together extremely well: bar, music, marquees (especially the transparent section), seating, lighting, fireworks, organisation and the overall smooth running of everything.
In the three years I’ve been doing this event Friday was undoubtedly the most successful thanks to your hard work, planning and organisation. We’re almost verging on “well-oiled machine” territory now for the Malvern Ball.
Thank you all very much indeed once again, it was a really superb night.

Dear Ben,
I think that I may have told you this as you took that video of me playing in the foam with the naked lifeguard girls, but you really did make my 40th celebration something special.
Through your vision (and that other events company you ripped off), the perfect atmosphere and ambience was created for our guests.
Through your organisational skills, the food and drink flowed freely (not least to some of your bar staff who were slaughtered by the end of the night).
And through your creativity and doggedness, you ensured that my mother really was truly offended, as the original brief stated.
You really are the dog’s bollocks.
I would willingly sell my house and all its contents in order to help you and Capability Events.

Two weeks on, time to reflect. Many thanks indeed for Capability events contribution to the success of our party. Your understanding of the needs and behaviour of the target audience, and ability to satisfy and control it on the night, does you immense credit. Well done! Your additional input into the vexed question of electrical equipment safety, was very much appreciated.
