21st Birthday Party Package, complete with hot tub!

When clients first approach us about having a marquee at home, they quite often have concerns about the layout of their gardens and how everything will fit. Over the years we have managed to erect marquees over swimming pools, on very steep slopes, over steps and to include trees so we’re not easily phased and love a challenge.
Earlier this year we put together a 21st birthday party in South London for a birthday boy who’s main concern was making sure his much loved hot tub could be in the marquee for when the party got going!

We installed a 9m x 12m marquee which housed everything from a mobile nightclub, a cocktail bar, poker tables and chill out furniture, right down to the treasured hot tub which was put to good use during the evening!

Guests were treated to a selection of specially themed cocktails created by our fantastic cocktail flairers and mixologists. Drinks were served from a 3.6m mobile cocktail bar which was down-lit in electric blue and proved to be very popular with the female guests!
The birthday boy also requested one of our most popular services of a roaming photographer who takes photographs during the night and uploads them to a large plasma screen when they run on a slideshow for guests to see. After the party, we put together a photobook of the best images and send them to our client as a little reminder of the night. Something that is always gladly received!

Surprise 18th Birthday Party Package

One of our staff’s favourite events to work at are 18th and 21st Birthday parties as they are always a fantastic night. We love putting a bespoke package together knowing that the outcome will be unforgettable!
We were approached by a brilliant big sister at the beginning of this year to plan a surprise 18th birthday party for her little brother in their garden. She had very specific ideas about how the party should be, so cue lots of undercover meetings and sneaky phone calls.

The family had a fantastic garden with lots of space so we installed a large marquee with a glamorous red carpet entrance to add real “wow factor” for guests’ arrival. We up-lit the house and lit a selection of trees and bushes to make the most of the great surroundings. Inside the marquee guests were treated to a Champagne and cocktails prepared by our award winning cocktail flairers and indulged in a selection of delicious canapes.

We installed an eye catching gloss black LED dance floor with our ever popular full mobile nightclub rig and had our brilliant DJ chat through the birthday boy’s music tastes with his friends and family prior to the party to ensure we played all his favourites. When guests had tired themselves out they were able to relax on our chill out furniture with an early morning snack of bacon butties and hot pork rolls.
The party was fantastic, with the birthday boy overwhelmed by the surprise! We have already been signed up to start planning his father’s 50th next year and are looking forward to making it even better.
